Love this watch
I love this watch. I really wanted a cute white watch for the summer and this one is perfect. At first I wasn't sure if I liked it or not because the straps are glossy, but it grew on me after a few days. The watch face itself is really thick (like a half inch), which I also didn't really like at first but again, it grew on me. I already want another Michael Kors watch! Side note, I accidentally wore my watch in a hot tub and it still works flawlessly.
Excellent Design and Service
I was more than thrilled when I got this watch as a Christmas present, though I had not so subtly hinted that I wanted it. Around the middle of April, the band starting to show some wear and because it is white it tends to show more than some other plain leather bands and it has an almost veneer finish to the leather to make it shine, but that started to disintegrate as well, especially if I got it wet. But I called Michael Kors expecting to have a hassle over proof of payment and replacement, but I spoke to the nicest woman I have ever had the pleasure of conversing with at a company.
She understood how ridiculous it was for this to happen and sent me a new band without need for any further discussion. She also said that if this problem happened after my 2 year warranty on the watch occured, that they would send a new band for 10 dollars, even 5 years down the line. I could not be more pleased with the look of the watch, but more than that the quality of the service that you expect from a company like Michael Kors.
